"Ask for ownership. Make it clear about your career path. Be clear on your strength and what you would do once you join the company."
What don't you like about working at lululemon athletica?
"Workplace in IT eCommerce engineering is not open to ideas and lacks ownership of deliverable. It is a place to execute ideas given by others but not autonomous enough to encourage creativity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have a 360 degree review process and atleast two groups within eCommerce Engineering so that even the Manager can learn from one another to avoid dictatorship. Have a easy and open environment to capture and listen to ideas to make them happen. Especially give credibility of the ideas to the Engineers and not the Manager."
