"I worked for LuK over ten years and enjoyed all the people I have met and worked with in that time. They have good benefits. Their growth rate has been mostly double figures through their history and is privately held by Schaeffler Group. They do work you very hard and use questionable management in practice toward their own employees. A high turnover rate in production and indirect support groups."

"This place is horrible. Seven days a week for months on end with no time off unless you're management. Unfair pay and a lot of favoritism among employees from management and leads. A non-working HR department. A lead can harass you with no accountability. Non reachable rates, I have worked here for seven years and have had no raises in 4 years while the kid working next to me that has been here a year make two dollars an hour more than me. Wouldn't recommend working here unless you like working and being treated like a dog. No accountability in management. They wear blinders and blame the production workers for the mess on the floor. I work with wonderful co-workers that really try, they are exhausted!!! I don't mean to be so down, but this is true. If you want to work here while going to school and can work around a seven day schedule this could work, don't make this job your career."

"Unprofessionalism of the manager staff as they changed pretty fast. A lot of hidden decisions of the VIP that were not clearly explained."
