"Watch out for unexpected and unpredictable changes. Company may close at any time and move what's left to Dallas, TX Started out as a manufacturer and now switched everything to China forcing layoffs of U.S. workforce."

"Not open to new ideas. No growth or possibility for promotion. Too much upper management and not enough work force. Always wondering if you will have a job tomorrow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote from within first then go to outside sources. Too much bureaucracy. Too many reports. Never any enjoyment or rewards or congratulations. Just criticism and very unachievable expectations with forecasting and bonuses."
