"If you are looking for a job do not apply to LSO! I worked as a manager in a large warehouse for 3 years. We worked very long hours for very low pay. You rarely got a raise. If you ever got one it was a joke. I almost never had a vacation where I wasn't asked to work. We could never do our jobs because we were always on route. The drivers kept quitting. Upper management yelled at us on phone calls. We heard they have been banking for years while the rest of the company got paid peanuts. Vehicles were in bad condition. Stay away from LSO! I have been much happier since I left. I work regular hours and I'm treated well. We also get yearly raises at my present company."

"The brand new, beautiful headquarters has a very friendly culture. There is a good work-life balance. The senior management is very involved and experienced. The company in general has a very positive outlook on future with clear vision. Although there is a lot of paperwork upon being hired, working for LSO has been a very positive experience."

"I have been a courier at LSO for many years. I have received a little over $4 in raises with one extremely low raise in 2008 taken away in spring of 2009. Was told it would be reinstated. Still waiting! My first raise (last year) since 2008...what a joke! All the years of hard work and sacrifice for this company and I less than double the minimum wage. They introduced a new raise scale that upper management just raved about. The only problem? They put insurmountable barriers in the way. Constant scanner issues, always threatened with loss of job. No sales people, expect the Couriers to turn in sales leads which go nowhere. It was a nice company when I started years ago but for the past several years have brought in FedEx and UPS rejects for upper management positions. I have stuck it out for a long time but now I realize its a dead end low paying life sucking drain on myself and my family. The grass HAS to be greener on the other side! The way this company is operated it is only a matter of time before it goes bust. Very low morale company wide. They do not care about their employees. You are a number to them and replaceable with the next sucker through the door. I guarantee you any good reviews you see anywhere are bogus. We have been encouraged to ask our customers to go online and give favorable reviews of the company. I have not and will not ask anyone to lie for them. Would give 0 stars if I could. LSO was formerly known as Lone Star Overnight."
