"Working there, which can be very difficult, doesn’t mean you’ll get paid. Checks can go “missing” and then you're told that it was cashed out. Terrible protocol and they don’t care if you aren’t currently employed. They’ll never answer messages or calls."
"He is very knowledgeable and very proactive, I will commend him"
"I worked for LSG for over thirty-five-years. I personally struggled to succeed and grow within the organization both as a leader and as a person of color. Some of that is on me. I will be the first to admit that I excel at analytics, mathematics but struggle with the soft skills. That being said the culture at LSG does not promote diversity, especially towards those of us of African descendence. I had to fight for almost every promotion I had, while many of my counterparts did not. Additionally, I was subject to double-standards. My intelligence and competence was not the benefit one would assume it would be. I was often derided for being too smart, too proficient, too arrogant, too self-assured, and too well-spoken. I was repeatedly made to feel that others were offended by me and that the perception amongst them was that I went out of my way to prove how smart I was in comparison to others. That simply was not the case."
"Good Benefit, pay it not that good."
"Company is good - to be promoted you will have to move (geographically) - a lot."
"I have worked at LSG Skychefs for 8 months. Inventory and equipment are poorly maintained. Supervisors and Managers are expected to get everything done, without being given the required equipment. When equipment is requested it will take months to receive it if at all. Management is asked to work very long hours with little time off."
