"I started working at Lowers Risk Group, or LRG as we liked to refer to it as, and this was the opportunity of a life time for me at the time. It was my first full-time HR job that I got just as I completed my graduation. LRG is a relatively small but growing company, who lives by the value of "we are a family". They are not only a family owned business wit the CEO's being father, son and uncle but they also consider all of their employees as family. They are a part of the Fortune 500 growing companies and have stretched their branches not only in most all states in the US, but also have a location in London. The company is focused on risk mitigation, forensic accounting, employee background checks, and also acts as a CRA. The company regularly gives back to the community with various charity efforts and treats employees on a monthly basis to catered lunches. The company does face a high turnover for its hourly positions, but this trend has been changing with more remote options opening up for those same hourly employees."
