"I have worked for Lourdes Medical Associates since 2009. The benefits and pay are good. But sometimes it can be a very stressful place to work. The upper management can be very unfair. They alone listen to one side of the story. I feel that they play favorites most of the time. Sometimes you really have to fight for your job. It is not that fun. But like everywhere else you work, there are good days and bad days."
