"I have been working for this non-profit agency for almost 10 years. It is ok to work here if you want to impact your community. However, there will be times that you will feel as if you are not going anywhere. Hardly any opportunity to move up the ladder. Benefits offered are good. Also, depending on which departments you work for, you may be laid off quite a lot. Not so appealing. Too much union issues as well."
