"It has become an ever-increasing pressure-cooker where I have little time to think, only react. I prefer to have time to consider options and address background issues before they become serious safety or production threats."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My work load is equivalent to three positions at any other mill as far as I have been able to determine. Management recognizes I am stretched, but have taken too long to remedy to issue. My area is sucessful (99% availability), but it feels a good portion of that is due to luck. The luck will run out sometime."
