"This company is a great company, with a great vision, however, it takes time to turn such a big company around. I've seen 'some' changes, but there are still many more that need to happen to be successful."

What don't you like about working at Lone Star Steakhouse?

"Lack of growth for the company, lack of opportunity for my department, numerous restaurant closures in the past, and many for the future."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There should be more follow up with programs in the long term that were implemented to change the brand perspective. If you don't invest in the brand, our guests won't invest in a meal."
