"I worked for Lone Star College for over 10 years. In our department, we had a change in management and we never informed the employees what was going on. Anyone over a certain age was bullied into leaving. Management would change hours to work, monitor the employees on the time they went to work, and many other duties that made working there a terrible place to work"
