"Logix has been like a proving ground for outside sales hopefuls in the telecom industry. Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot of support for new reps in terms of product training and direction. But the few who persevere (like myself) are met with amenities like contests, all-paid vacations, commission multipliers, and other compensation seemingly unattainable by those in their first year or two. Once you prove yourself, Logix rewards you."
