"Being in logistics definitely feels more laid back than being in customer service. We still help customers from time to time, but I never feel like I have to constantly be on my toes. I like to help people. I get to help get stuff delivered and it's satisfying to be able to accomplish something like that. As far as what I don't like; sometimes I run into some pretty complicated situations. This part of the company is new so it has room to grow. But still, when we run into problems we have a chance to solve them and create new processes and solutions."
