"Regret not going with my other job offer. Definitely a place to be temporarily but everyone seems to think that. Not the rich learning source they claim to be. Most of my learning was self taught because the team just didn’t have experience or answers. Always gaining new employees to make up for the one that voluntarily leave but never quick enough. Meaning always having to train someone or carry more of a workload till they figure it out. Had two associates leave under me and I was expected to do their work or delegate of course no extra pay or anything. So no work life balance, had to work through the company Pumpkin painting contest and Chili cook off. Laid me off for false reasons on a Holiday & did not verify anything with me before proceeding. There was no verbal warning, coaching, write up."
