"Be prepared to work long hours and ensure you can drink the company koolaid."
What don't you like about working at LogMeIn?
"Poor and below industry compensation. Long hours - that company demands a lot when paying you little. Promotions, if they do happen, are not given out based on merit. They're only given to people in the in-crowd. If you're not best friends with your manager, you can forget about moving up. Management turnover was frequent, making it hard to complete certain tasks."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to employees and reward them. Don't expect to just send them on cool trips and feed them free snacks and have them look the other way."
