"Really do your research and find out if they are telling the truth. Try to talk to people in the firm to find out what they really think about the firm. Most people hate it, but don't have anything else lined up."

"Poorly managed. Feel like you are in High School with major clicks, and teacher's favorite. Unprofessional. Treat you like a second class citizen. They lie to you, and don't stand behind what they say."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to totally revamp and get some good people who are people oriented and professional."
