"My company is a great company to work for. The only issue I have is that there is a huge load of work for not a lot of pay. If you're accused of something, there is no sorry said when they are in the wrong. There just feels like there is a lack of respect for those not in a "clique". And the lack of respect isn't worth the lack of pay."
