"I've been with Lockstep since October 2016. I came on in a process improvement capacity and moved into sales operations as I had experience and there was a need. LTG is working on expanding their footprint into the Managed Service space through vendor agnostic practices and the hiring and retention of great networking, security, and managed services engineers. As LTG is a small company, there are some growing pains to be worked out to move into the space they are seeking."
