"It was an up and coming S.E.O. company with a very fast-paced environment. I thrive in that kind of atmosphere. We also did a lot of fun activities together, such as Holiday parties, picnics, etc. It was a great place to work!"

"You must be well organized and have an ability to multi-task."
What don't you like about working at Local Splash?
"One of the things I didn't like about working for Local Splash was the lack of organization. A lot of times I would be working on an important project and then I would have to drop that for the time being to start a completely different project. That was frustrating, but I kept calm and got them done."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try to implement some time of project management software into your everyday work life."
