"I liked my clients and customers and they liked me. I also loved my co-workers as they were diligent in their sales performances. The management did not understand the poor quality of treatment they gave to their sales employees out in the field as well as a lack of training after the initial training prior to working for the company. This was very correctable but I did not see any attempts by the management to improve on the treatment of the sales teams. They continued to lose sales people."
