"Lack of Sales Force to handle all necessary responsibilities in order for the company to meet it's goals. Yellow Pages is an industry that has been declining due to technology. In order for a Publishing company to be successful, it is necessary to offer many other options to the advertiser, not just print."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that more time be spent directly in the field to understand the shift in this industry. Often a problem was presented followed by lack of solution or suggestions to perform the old way as it will always work. That just wasn't the case."
