"Everything about this company is fishy. The CEO creates a toxic work environment. He tries to instill fear among his employees to do better. LMi makes you sign a 1099, hires you as an independent contractor, but controls you as an employee. As an independent contractor you should not have to feel his control. His goals are completely unrealistic and does not know how to treat his employees/ independent contractors with respect. There has to be some kind of fraudulent business practices in place to help save on government taxes. Do yourself a favor and don't work for or do business here."
