"I worked for Stagehands Local 18 union since 2014. The job was provided me with a lot of hands on knowledge with loading, along with the behind the scenes knowledge of what it takes to put on huge productions like theatrical and concert venue events. There’s an abundance of diversity between age, race, and gender which allowed for a lot of great ideas and different ways of thinking to be channeled and used in the workplace."
