What don't you like about working at First Fidelity Bank?
"It was one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. They were dishonest and had no consideration for their employees. They are out of business now, at least under that name because the owners were indicted for Federal Tax fraud"

"Become honest and fair when running a company."

"For a while there was some freedom, as long as the numbers were there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It may be a good short-term job, but don't count on your pay or benefits to remain stable--regardless of your performance. Realize that you are just a tool being used by the bank, so treat them the same and get what you can, while you can."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"Upper management took a good thing and messed it up. They tried to copy the model of other banks, instead of sticking to what was working for them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the people who create the deals and work with the clients. Understand that support staff without any interest in efficiency causes more profit erosion than you know."

"Location was close to home"

"They ruined a good company. Prior to buyout, there was positive morale, the commission structure was pretty good, and people had smiles on their faces. Everything reversed when the buyout went through, pay was cut, and threats were constantly made to employees."

"The branch I worked in was part of the merger so I enjoyed the people because we were same group."

"Good luck and make sure to join them as a experienced loan officer of more than 2 years minimum."

"Prospect is a large corporation that experienced massive growth by merging three companies at the same time and had the expected growing pains to work out."

"To give more time and training to new employees and less time spent looking just a numbers in a recession. Quit calling all new loan officers F Hires. It really doesn't inspire loyalty in a company."

"AT THE TIME, BUSINESS IN THE INDUSTRY WAS BOOMING. I DID SO MUCH VOLUME, THEY PAID FOR A PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR ME."

"OUR MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY LAZY AND JEALOUS OF HIGH PRODUCTION, AND WOULD TELL ALL THE STAFF WHAT I MADE EACH MONTH IN INCOME."

"NONE THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS & BOUGHT OUT BY CNI MTG WHO IS ALSO OUT OF BUSINESS."
