"I've worked at LoadIQ for two years. It is a great place to work for, and has the best employees I have ever worked with. I truly feel as if I belong to a family. However, with this all said, there are serious management problems at LoadIQ. The compensation for working there is very little, and there is virtually no upward mobility. Unpaid overtime, and being on call 24/7 is expected. LoadIQ would be the dream job if it had decent pay, and middle management with a software background."
