"My supervisor was great to work for, however, the owner did not want to pay his vendors on time or at all. The staff bore the brunt of the vendors' anger and also bore the brunt of the owner's anger by not helping him cover up his lies. The work environment was hostile at best with the owner yelling, throwing things such as the conference room telephone, and calling female staff by derogatory names. The owner also got away with only paying staff half their hourly pay for any overtime work."
