On pins and needles the entire time worried about doing something wrong due to no tolerance. No guidance to improve your skill level due to emergencies every day.
3.8In my short duration with LMI as a contractor, I was able to complete a very high priority company project, the data center migration. I received praise from all project team members, management, and executives for my outstanding efforts. The company itself unfortunately is in financial trouble and is not able to sustain sufficient IT resources.
1.4I have to be honest and say one of the worst employers on the planet. From the very beginning I knew I was in a bad place. Most of the management are all buddies and the others that have stuck it out are also part of the "GOP". If you run into trouble with one of them you have to deal with the entire clan. As an inspector I stop bad parts but they ship them anyway!
