"Company had great potential to become a respected delivery service provider when it started business in October of 2020 but the owner just could not stop talking about one employee to another. She cannot be trusted and she plays employees against each other. This lack of integrity became increasingly evident and caused turnover in her original crew of delivery people, many of whom have left the company. Her lack of management skills caused many conflicts but her inability to keep confidences and to treat the employees who work their hearts out for her with respect eroded my regard for her. Also, the owner's arrogance and whip-cracking attitude deflates morale at LMH Logistics. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing work experience and sadly, more delivery associates are too afraid to share their reviews of their very unpleasant experiences with the owner. She's got a lot to learn; most of all, be humble and stop assuming everyone else is the problem with your company."
