"Neither an academic institute nor a university. It's a contract company. No institutional support for the PIs. Benefits are not as good as other institutes. Salary is not very great for the experience and higher degree. Salary is totally dependent on the extra-mural grant funding. Too much politics. It's a good place for research technicians to get some experience."

"Current benefits are good. You could work as well as do a second job simultaneously. Good place for undertaking graduates projects. Vacations and sick leaves are good."

"Its a good place to learn science because they have all the facilities but not good if you are looking for a permanent job"

"Too much politics, low pay for higher degree, no start up salary, Jobs depends on the incoming fundings."
