"They are running on the least staff possible at all levels. There is not a lot of safety/stability in that people are let go with little regard to their loyalty to the company. The CEO tends to micro-manage to the point that it interferes with everyone's ability to do their jobs properly. Advice to Management: Be nicer, more trusting, more forgiving, more understanding, and more generous to your devoted employees."
