"I worked for the Leal Portfolio for a short period of time before being laid off due to Covid. I enjoyed my job and my colleagues, but I quickly got a dissatisfying taste of the upper management. They don't take responsibility for their actions and are quick to place blame wherever they can. No job security at all, I was warned from the beginning that if someone didn't like you or disagreed with you, that you shouldn't expect to be employed for longer than a week. Unfortunately, I believe that was the circumstance for me, and they just used Covid as a way to get rid of me. I was replaced less than 2 months later with my bosses cousin, who was under qualified for the role according to their job details."
