"Large amount of cold calls. Be willing to travel monday to Thursday."

"Fairness in church assignments. New reps generally work the smaller revenue churches and don't have a chance to earn a decent income. That has contributed to the high turnover rate. There seems to be a revolving door of reps in certain areas. Plus all reps are ranked together regardless of church size or area they work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Throw in some larger churches for the new reps. There will continue to be a high turnover rate in some markets and low weekly averages if reps are continually assigned churches with 150 families and others in the same area work all the churches with 2000+ families."

"I enjoyed the opportunity to travel throughout the USA and work in different markets."

"I would tell them that you must enjoy spending many hours a week cold calling on the phone."
