"The hours are irregular and for managers very long. As I am in a salaried position, I am the fill in most of the time when someone calls off or we are slow and need to cut labor. My supervisor tends to micromanage too."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Spend some time in the stores before you come in and criticize the operation. Also, understand that when the manager has to oversee the day to day operations, they do not have the time for repair and other troubleshooting of equipment which continues to malfunction. Show your managers that you are behind them."
