"I was recruited out of college as a Project Engineer. I thought I would actually gain useful knowledge about construction. I worked as a laborer my entire time at Lithko and when I asked about the future, I was told I would continue to work in the field until they said I could move on. Very misleading and much better opportunities at other companies like Baker or Ceco."
