What do you like about working at Lisi Aerospace?

"I really liked the people that I worked with. The atmosphere is friendly and it's an easy place to laugh out loud. I really liked the convenience of working close to home and the facility is centrally located to just about everything you could imagine. The management team is easy to work with and work for."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself. Go in prepared to ask questions regarding the company and what it is exactly that they do. Check the website out for some background."

What don't you like about working at Lisi Aerospace?

"Communication between departments seemed to be an on-going issue. There is some difficulty in information passing from upper management down to who really needs to know the information. It can be stressful during the busy season working a 10 hour day for 6 days a week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion would be to keep the clerical who need to know information up to date on any changes or additions/corrections. Talk to the clericals instead of talking at them."
