What do you like about working at Lipper?

"There's no back-stabbing and whilst there are disagreements and impediments to real progress, at least everybody is pulling in more or less the same direction."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Choose somebody not for what exams they have passed but somebody who has an aptitude for learning."

What don't you like about working at Lipper?

"There's a gulf between entry/second level jobs and management positions with the latter being few and far between making career progression a difficult and sometimes seemingly fruitless exercise."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop getting rid of our technical people and letting our best and most experienced people go to the competition. Talk less about transition and change and actually get on with with something meaningful that addresses the issues of increased competition, worsening client budgets and brain drain through personnel loss."

"Nothing I can state of. But it would be the cleanliness of the work place. However they are remodelling it. by the end of June it should be done"
