"I worked for Hewlett Packard for 18 yrs. and very much enjoyed it. I also spent a total of 13 yrs. as a contractor @ HP. It's a great place to work and I got a bit spoiled by them. It has certainly changed over the years, but it is a world class company."
"To understand my perspective on Lionbridge, I must make this two-fold. My manager is unlike any I've worked with before and grants her team a lot of latitudes and trust, as well as showing true compassion for us as her employees. The work itself isn't bad, but being a contractor we lose a lot of freedom and our day to day operations can struggle due to inconsistencies with our PO owner. The top down structure of the actual company leaves a lot to be desired when considering proper channels of communication and the dissemination of information. Management doesn't seem to promote from within or employ the proper people for managerial roles. The pay isn't great, but isn't terrible. The office I worked in before COVID was older than myself, and reflected it. Our managers are not quick to properly deal with issues in the workplace."
"I've worked for Gengo and Gengo.ai, which became Lionbridge.ai for over a year. I absolutely loved working with my boss and my amazing team. It was a good experience that taught me a lot. I really believed we had a solid edge over our competitors, so it was easy for me to sell the services. The culture was localized and my team culture was very healthy and made work-life balance seem, seamless."
"It's a good company which provides to lean a grow on the latest technologies. It's a good place to work."
"I worked at Lionbridge for 4 years in which I developed good skills, working in a good environment and with talented people"
"I have not enjoyed my time at Lionbridge mainly due to leadership."
"This is good to start the career for freshers, however, experienced people should move on, as lack of opportunities in the organization."
"I have worked for the last 6 months in a good environment."
"This company hires many part-time and as-needed employees or flex employees. I would not recommend a flex employment but would highly recommend a full-time position. This company does not pay competitively but they are not the worst either. Overall, the management is good to work with."
"I have worked at Lionbridge for two years and was a good company to work from home. As for work you will be working too much over time and not getting paid for it. As well as salary was quite too low for the amount of work you had."
