"Where do I begin The pay is horrible, we receive no regular raises, the benefits are sub-par, upper management has been told we (employees) are replaceable, and there is no accountability among management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire Dave Paulus. Be consistent with raises. Stop paying your graphic designers the same pay rate as your interns."
