Submit a Review"I was pretty new to the Linux world when I started. I had an almost vertical learning curve as I had never touched Linux prior to this. Now that I have 18 months of Linux under my belt the learning curve is not quite as vertical. The thing I hate is also the reason I love it. If something is not working correctly you can fix it. The good part of that is once you fix it you can contribute back the opensource community with the fix."

"If you're not a single adult with lots of free time, then don't. 10 hour days, 5 days a week and being on call 24/7 in case of emergencies is a bit excessive otherwise."

"I don't like the cold, impersonal way in which some issues are dealt with or the lack of a clear sense of direction and leadership."

"Clearly define your goals and expectations for everyone and be more considerate of your employees' and clients' needs -- money isn't everything."

"Salary are not fear and or competitive with the street market, other company's paid three times more for the same kind of job."
