Linesight Employee

"I enjoyed working for Linesight and serve our clients in areas of financial reporting, cost coding, and data center management. During my time here, I collaborated with managers and we’ve achieved 95-100% accuracy on financial reports and accruals for Microsoft’s FY 2020. We also met our target of $10bil in spendings for data center development per the financial report Microsoft have issued, whilst creating opportunities for local contractors and the local labor forces. However, there are some areas to improve within the team dynamic and I believe that with the right people, in time, Linesight’s on-site team will grow even stronger. Overall, the experience taught me a valuable lessons in trust and relationship, perspectives, and achieving aggressive goals set forth by the client. I take the lessons that I have learned from Linesight as insights and motivation to move forward to contribute and make powerful for the next team."
