"The constant stress of a new line start up... very long days 12 hour shifts the 2-2-3 schedule that never happened...15-20 days in a row 12 hours - 12 hours -12 hours ....etc...."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your people better, you will receive more productivity..."
