"Upper management has no idea how to successfully manage people, there is no transparency. They do not listen to their employees and have created a drift between departments and among departments. The pay is low and the burn out is high, creating high turnover rates. I worked at Lincoln Park Zoo for over 4+ years making me an old timer and have never received a true promotion, title change or opportunities for growth."
