What don't you like about working at Linc Service?

"Linc has responded to difficult economic times by implementing new sales markets that deviate from tradional operational and sales training. This has created inconsistencies in management styles and challanges on determining the best way to redeam EBITA results in the Company Owned Store segment of the Linc business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make it an absolute priority to invest in top sales talent, and invest more in a solid sales infrastructure immediately, even at the risk of cost to the bottom line. Sales takes time to ramp up, and they need to fill the funnel ASAP to bring in enough top line revenue, to offset current customer losses. This will place Linc in the best position when the economic cycle starts to turn."
