What don't you like about working at Lilydale?

"New owner recently acquired Lilydale Inc. Abrupt illogical changes being made not conducive to most employees. Disregard for VP's and immense constraints put on their decision making powers. Being treated like kids with a (small) allowance to spend. It's absurd."
