"Persons who are very much in love with the brand will find plenty of things to enjoy. That being said, everything that had been great about the company seems to have passed away with the namesake. That could possibly be due to the corporate buyout by Oxford Industries (Tommy Bahama, Ben Sherman). There is an obvious and tangible disconnect and arrogance between departments so beware of that as well. Also, what you may have read about the attitude towards others who do not fit "the mold" are 100% true. If you aren't Caucasian or are larger than a size 12 you are not likely to be hired."
