What don't you like about working at Lightyear Network Solutions?

"The pay was terrible. They do not value education there, and frown upon student employees. If you are taking classes, do not let anyone there know, it could hinder your advancement. However, they are willing to work around class schedules, but at the cost of your advancement opportunity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Grass-roots advertisement is not going to work. Television advertising needs to be implemented. Also, educated employees should be sought after whenever possible."
