"Disapproves of CEO I have been working at LightSpeed Automation full-time (More than a year) Pros It’s a small corporation so you can inflate your title to whatever you want (I.e director of Human Resources 1 year experience) You get to pray. It’s a religious corporation but they respect all beliefs. They have group meals every now and again Cons Customers were not really happy with the software Upgrades took to long Lots of complaints from staff about other people on staff Advice to Management Just get a good workflow going. Do a better job of customer support"
