"It's a small company, of about 60 employees. One of the dislikes I have for LRT is it micromanaged by the CEO/Owner of the company who can be very petty about money and growth. Turn around is high due to the fact people are either not too happy or he lets go people within few months or a year if the company doesn't see the monetary growth as he would like to see it happen."
