"Lack of vision, limitations for advancements, reverse discrimination is present for non-blind, blind -deaf, or blind with other disabilities employees, not enough diversification in their business which causes cyclical sales and annual layoffs and terminations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Establish accountability, performance metrics, consistancy in policies/programs/compensation, increase per employee productivity to afford new overhead such as a sales department, business analyst, or replace current key positions to improve the organization."
