"This is a very passive aggressive company. They are in need of some major changes before it can be a good place to work. They are also a company on the decline."

"Management was horrible. No one could make a decision and stick with it. Most decisions were made by personal bias not by facts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs a complete overhaul. In all of Lifeway there are probably 2 or 3 good managers. The rest need help."

"The employees were very friendly and I was able to display things as I wanted to on the floor, people liked what I did. I was also able to plan childrens parties."

"We had a manager that was stealing from the company but he was terminated and tried in the court system."

"None other than screen the people you are putting into the management positions."
